OBA Reveals Cocoa Industry Revamp Strategy To Idanre People
As part of his consultation efforts, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye(OBA), most prominent and cerebral aspirant in Ondo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP), today held a virtual meeting with party executives and Members.
In the course of this interactive session, question were raised about the peculiarities of each Local government areas and how Akingboye hopes to uplift the lives and living of Idanre people.
In his response, OBA brought his cerebral capacity to bare with an analysis of how the Cocoa industry in Idanre can be used to create jobs viz-a-viz attraction of investors and engineering of policies that will militate against capital flight.
Akingboye knows this is possible with him as Governor because he has the full knowledge of it, the connection and influence to attract such huge progress to Ondo State as well as sincere passion for the development of the people.
OBA furthered his explanation by saying all we need to do is ensure our cocoa is no longer exported,if elected, we will create enabling environment for investors and locally capable companies to turn our Cocoa into various semi finished products fit for export. By this we can expand our production capacity as well revenue generation.
Otunba Akingboye Urged his audience to join him in his Igba Otun campaign. He said “Ondo State is richly blessed with human and natural resources. A lot of our potentials remain there lying fallow. The time is now to maximize what we have as Oil and Gas industry continues to deep into misery. Only a refined thought from our thinking cap can save the day.”
