*Akingboye’s Second Phase of COVID-19 Palliatives Continues; gesture train traverses North and Central*
Otunba Bamidele Akingboye (OBA) prolific businessman, philanthropist, visioneer and leading gubernatorial aspirant of the People’a Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State has since embarked on consolidatory distribution of palliatives to Ondo State people. This train of cash and kind palliatives distribution began with all the Local government areas in Ondo North Senatorial District, covered a significant part of the Central and now at the Southern part of the state. Akingboye who had distributed cash palliatives worth over #5million Naira to several individuals across the state deemed it necessary to embark on a second phase for which he earmarked #10million Naira. The focus of this phase according to the unrelenting giver are PDP faithfuls in all LGAs, Orphanages, Home of Destitutes, Hospitals, the elderly and the youths. Beneficiaries of the palliatives who have since received either in cash or kind, expressed gratitude for OBA’s uncommon kindness and love for fellow humans. His super qualifications to be the Governor of Ondo State could not go unnoticed by the people. Since inception of this second phase, the shout of OBA Ni Ooo… Yotomi! And Igba Otun has been resounding round the state. In his address of beneficiaries, OBA assured the people of unending enjoyment for all and sundry if he emerges flagbearer of the PDP and elected Governor of Ondo State. To Akingboye, no matter how blessed he is, he remains incapable of satisfying the needs of everyone in Ondo State but he will do his best possible as he has been doing. He expressed confidence in his Integrity, ability and brilliance to turn around the fortunes of Ondo State for good, set her ready for a smooth sail and flying high the name of the sunshine state througout Africa and globally following great works emerging from amongst the people as well as responsiveness of the government to the people’s yearning. Akingboye therefore urged party faithfuls and the general public to put their loyalty, skill, strength; and human, mental and material resources to support him as “we’re on course towards the beautiful and progressive running of Ondo State we envisage and deserve”*25th May, 2020*
