Healthopedia Homecare Limited to be Honoured as Outstanding Provider of Elderly & Palliative Care Services

AKURE — Healthopedia Homecare Limited will be honoured with the Outstanding Provider of Elderly & Palliative Care Services Award at the D Chronicle Media Ventures 13th Anniversary Celebration and Awards Ceremony scheduled for Sunday, 30th August, 2026 at the OSDPC Multipurpose Event Hall, Ijapo Estate, Akure, Ondo State. The award recognizes Healthopedia’s commitment to delivering compassionate, professional care that restores dignity to seniors, the sick, and vulnerable Nigerians, while easing the burden on hospitals.

With the brand promise, “Bringing Care With the Warmth of Family”, Healthopedia has built an integrated care ecosystem covering Home Care, Care Homes, and the Care Academy — making quality healthcare more accessible, convenient, and human-centred.

Through its Homecare arm, Healthopedia brings professional caregivers, laboratory tests, dental care, and pharmaceutical delivery directly to people’s doorsteps. For those who need more consistent support, its Care Homes provide safe, nurturing environments where residents are seen, valued, and respected.

At the heart of its growth is the Healthopedia Care Academy, which trains, certifies, and prepares caregivers for opportunities locally and internationally, ensuring Nigeria has a growing workforce of skilled and compassionate professionals.

“We don’t just provide care. We build trust,” the company stated. “From homecare to residential care and caregiver training, our focus remains the same: people first, care like family.”

The D Chronicle 13th Anniversary is themed “Agenda 2027: Leadership, Accountability, Progress” and will be chaired by Prince Eni Akinsola, public analyst and former Chief Press Secretary to the Ondo State Government.
