Nomy Disqualified from BBNaija Season 11 Over Repeated Defiance of Big Brother

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Whitney “Nomy” Chukwu, has been disqualified from the ‘Show Ya Sef’ house for repeatedly failing to comply with Big Brother’s instructions.

Her disqualification was announced on Monday following several instances in which she refused to obey directives connected to a punishment imposed on her after a Head of House challenge.

Big Brother Naija announced the decision through its official Instagram page, stating that Nomy’s privilege to remain in the reality show had been withdrawn.

According to the announcement, Nomy was given 30 minutes to pack her belongings and leave the house after she repeatedly disregarded Big Brother’s instructions.

The latest action followed an earlier strike and final warning issued to Nomy over similar violations.

She had previously been punished for failing to follow the ‘benchwarmer’ outfit directive after participating in a Head of House challenge.

At the time, Big Brother warned that any further violation could lead to more serious consequences.

Nomy’s disqualification now brings her BBNaija journey to an abrupt end and reduces the number of housemates competing for the season’s grand prize.

Nomy, whose full name is Whitney Nneoma Chukwu, is a 26-year-old fashion entrepreneur and founder of Ambition by Witme.

She joined the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house in July 2026 and quickly attracted attention for her outspoken personality, confidence and distinctive fashion style.

However, her time on the show was also characterised by repeated clashes with Big Brother over compliance with house rules and instructions.

Following her disqualification, Nomy is no longer eligible to participate in the competition or compete for the season’s grand prize.
