HIGH CHIEFS IN CONSTITUENCY II MEET WITH HON. MOHAMMED TAOFIK, STRATEGISE FOR AKETI’S SECOND TERM
Ahead of October 10, 2020 gubernatorial election in Ondo State the High Chiefs in Akoko North/West Constituency ll, comprising Ogbagi, Oke-lrun, Odo-lrun and Ese-Afin wards on September 6, 2020 met with Hon. Mohammed Taofik Oladele, the lawmaker representing the good people of Akoko North/ West, Constituency ll, in the Ondo State House of Assembly.
The High Chiefs landed the massively unprecedented infrastructural development in the state under the able leadership of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN.
The lawmaker in his words said: ” Governor Rotimi Akeredolu-led administration has embarked on many developmental projects in the state such as roads, water ( KAMOMI AKETI), health insurance scheme, industrial projects, recruitment of health and IGR offices to improve workforce, among others. Our Governor is a listening leader with vision to transform the state. I urge our people to support his second term bid to enable him complete the good works his administration has started.”
Speaking on behalf of other Chiefs, Chief Adeniyi Oniku of Egikun quarters in Ogbagi-Akoko said Governor Rotimi Akeredolu-led administration touched many critical sectors of the economy of the state.
However, the High Chiefs called the attention of the present government to improve on their stipends, provide inputs for farmers and empower the youths in their area.
Hon. Mohammed Taofik Oladele appreciated the High Chiefs for their promised support for the re-election bid of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN.
