Pastor Dr. and Mrs. Lolade Oki to Receive Education Champion and Outstanding Couple Award
Pastor (Dr.) and Pastor Mrs. Lolade Oki are set to be decorated with the Education Champion and Outstanding Couple Award by Chronicle Magazine at the upcoming lecture and award ceremony.

Dr. Francis Lolade Oki’s illustrious career spans various roles, and he has tremendously contributed to education development in different schools across the state. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Global Link Nigeria Ltd., specializing in office documents, photocopy machines, computer accessories, and general merchandise, as well as land and property sales in Akure. He is a grassroot politician.
Dr. Oki is the Founder and Owner of Merit International Group of Schools, renowned for academic excellence in various examinations. He currently serves as a lecturer at the Public Service Training Institute (PSTI), Owo Study Centre, the Provincial Coordinator of the School of Disciples (S.O.D) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Ondo Region 22, Pastor in Charge of Miracle Zone, Ondo Province 16, RCCG. He is currently a Branch Secretary of the All Nigerian Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS) in Ondo state.
Pastor (Mrs.) Foluke Catherine Lolade-Oki’s impressive career includes 21 years in banking, progressing from Customer Service Officer to Branch Development Manager across Owena Bank and Enterprise Bank. She is an ordained Pastor in the RCCG and the Proprietress of Merit International Group of Schools, Akure.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 3 PM, at the OSDPC Multipurpose Hall, Ijapo Estate, Akure, Ondo State. The 2025 Fizzy Lecture, themed “Curtailing the Mystery of Ritual Killings and Cyber Crimes: A Critical Analysis in Nigeria’s Perception,” will feature insights from guest speaker Dr. Gbenga Abimbola of the Mass Communication Department, AAU Akungba. Hon. (Dr.) Gbenga Fasua, Chairman of Akure Local Government, will serve as the Chairman of the occasion, with His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Governor of Ondo State, as the Special Guest of Honour.
