Ogundare Pays Heartfelt Visit to Gov Aiyedatiwa, Extends Condolences and Congratulates on Swearing-In
In a show of respect, Chief (Hon). Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, the Mayegun of Usoland paid a courtesy visit to the governor of Ondo state, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Sunday, January 14, 2024. The visit aimed to extend condolences to Governor Aiyedatiwa on the recent demise of the late Governor Akeredolu, whom Chief Ogundare described as a fearless defender of his people.
During the visit, Chief Ogundare also took the opportunity to congratulate Governor Aiyedatiwa on his swearing-in. He emphasized the importance of running an all-inclusive government and pleaded with the governor to ensure that diverse voices are considered in decision-making processes. Recognizing Governor Aiyedatiwa’s prompt and people-centered approach, Ogundare expressed appreciation for the strides made thus far.
In a brief statement, OGO urged Governor Aiyedatiwa to continue prioritizing the development of the state. He commended the governor for his commitment to the welfare of the masses and encouraged the continuation of policies that uplift the standard of living for the citizens of Ondo state.
