NAWOJ Hails CPS Prince Adeniyan for Ongoing Support to Widows of Late Journalists
The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Ondo State chapter, has commended the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, for his unwavering commitment to supporting widows of late journalists through the Ondo NAWOJ Education Support Fund.

Now in its fourth edition, the initiative aims to ease the educational burden on families of deceased journalists—a cause Prince Adeniyan has faithfully championed over the years.
In a statement jointly signed by the Chairperson, Comrade Tola Gbadamosi, and Secretary, Comrade Oluwatosin Ighoteguono, NAWOJ described Prince Adeniyan as a compassionate and generous public servant whose acts of kindness continue to leave lasting impact beyond his official responsibilities.
“On behalf of the association and the beneficiaries, we sincerely thank Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan for keeping to his promises. We pray that God continues to bless and reward him beyond measure,” the statement read.
Gbadamosi urged beneficiaries to use the funds strictly for their children’s education, emphasizing that the most honourable way to appreciate the gesture is by ensuring the support serves its intended purpose.
She also called on the public to keep Prince Adeniyan in their prayers, noting his continued commitment to uplifting the underprivileged and giving hope to the needy in society.
