MASSIVE TURNOUT AS LACO FS INAUGURATES IFEDORE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, WARD LACO FS EXECUTIVES
…..As Members Declared their support for Ayedatiwa
The All Progressive Congress (APC) Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organisations Foot Soldiers (LACO FS) Leaders and members from Ifedore Local government area of Ondo State has declared their unalloyed support for the ambition of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to emerge as the candidate of the party in the primary scheduled for April, 2024.
The declaration was made during the Inauguration ceremony of LACO FS executive members in Ifedore local government held in Igbara Oke the headquarters of the local government.
The LACO FS coordinator in the council ,Hon.Dipo Ajibola who could not hide his loyalty while addressing the congregation said that Governor Aiyedatiwa has been there for the people of the state during thick and thin, and that they cannot forsake him at this juncture for pecuniary gains.
Hon. Ajibola who was also a former local government chairman of Ifedore local government said, time has come to hand over the flag of the party to an experience politician with sincere interest of the masses and someone who understands the terrain.
He emphasized that a thorough-bred and experienced person like governor Aiyedatiwa is needed at the seat of power in ondo state to give his deep and rich experience for better governance in the state.
The Coordinator stressed that the mission and vision of the governor is to make life more meaningful for the people of the state, most especially during this hard time, as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is making frantic efforts to ameliorate things at the centre.
Hon. Ajibola who appreciates Ifedore people for taking their precious time to join the train of progress said the governor join the race to bring the dividends of democracy to the good people of Ondo State, and reward party faithful through all inclusive model.
Some of the wards and units leaders, who spoke, could not hide their joy as they burst into different songs, with danceable melodies titillating both men and women present.
Meanwhile , a former Commissioner in the state who is also one of the state LACO FS leaders , Hon Saka Yusuf said the state needs people’s oriented politician like Aiyedatiwa whose name has been a household name even among little children.
The Commissioner said emphatically that the time is now and the people will surely not regret if the governor is given the opportunity to fly the flag of the APC.
The former Commissioner declared that, the ongoing massive mobilization, supports and endorsements of Mr Governor by various groups and political class in the State is an eloquent testimony to the degree of acceptance of his administration by the good people of Ondo State.
Earlier the Convener of LACO FS in the state Hon. Oladipupo popularly called Carry Go in his address while performing the function disclosed that, Governor Aiyedatiwa is truly destined to be the governor of Ondo State as his endorsements and supports spreads like wild fire across various towns and villages in the State.
“We feel strongly in our spirit that with Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Ondo State is in a safe hands”.
Hon. Oladipupo said Mr Governor’s victory in the APC gubernatorial primary election in April 25 will be sweet and alluring based on his popularity and impressive performance.
He equally revealed that, the continuation of Governor Aiyedatiwa will favour Ifedore and State at Large in many ways ,because of the fact that is a listening and visionary leader, he will accelerate infrastructural development and grow the State economically.
Hon Oladipupo symbolically decorated the pioneer chairman of Ifedore LG, Hon Prince Adegbonmire and High Chief Olusanya, Sao of Ero in the regalia of LACO FS.
