House of Representatives Member, representing Ondo East and West Federal Constituency, Hon. Abiola Peter Makinde has congratulated the newest Members of Ondo state House of Assembly, Otunba Moyinolorun Ogunwumiju; representing Ondo West Constituency 1 and Hon. Biola Oladapo; representing Ondo West Constituency II, on the occasion of their respective inauguration as well as the emergence of Rt. Hon. Oladiji Adesanmi Olamide Landmark; representing Ondo East as Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly for the 10th Assembly.
In a statement made available thorough his media aide, Hon. Makinde expressed happiness as the honourable members kick-start their legislative duties and specifically felicitates Hon. Olamide Oladiji on his emergence as speaker of the 10th Assembly.
“Honourable members, I am filled with happiness today as you are being inagurated to contribute your quota to the development of our dear sunshine state as legislators. I have immense confidence in your ability to deliver far-reaching legislation that would be pivotal to the overall development of our dear Ondo state.
I implore you to be worthy representatives as you represent the interest of your respective constituencies in the Ondo state House of Assembly. It is very important that you discharge the functions of your office in good faith and in line with the provision of the law.’
