HON BOROKINI EMBARKS ON SOCIAL INTERVENTION FOR CONSTITUENTS
Member Representing Akure South Constituency 1 in the State Assembly, Honourable Simeon Toluwani Borokini, as some of the measures put in place to cushion the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on his constituents has embarked on the purchase and distribution of food items to members of his Constituency.
These efforts are to complement the initial sensitization and distribution of Personal Protective Equipments: hand sanitizers, face masks and hand gloves by the lawmaker to his constituents.
This he embarked upon since Friday which is targeted towards 500 homes in his constituency. This is believed to bring relief and succour to his constituents during the period of pandemic, as prices of commodities continue to soar in the market unabated.
