Hon. Adeola Hosts Women Leaders, Reiterates Commitment to Women Empowerment
The Secretary to Akure South Local Government, Hon. Adeola Fynch, on Thursday, 15th of May 2025, hosted the Akure South Local Government Woman Leader alongside ward women leaders who paid her a courtesy visit at her office. The visit provided an opportunity for the women leaders to engage with Hon. Adeola on key issues affecting women in the local government area.
During the meeting, Hon. Adeola expressed her appreciation for the visit and commended the women for their dedication to grassroots mobilization and community development. She reiterated her unwavering commitment to promoting the welfare and empowerment of women, stressing that women play a vital role in societal growth and governance.
Hon. Adeola also assured the delegation of her continued support for programmes and initiatives that will uplift women, particularly in areas of economic empowerment, education, and political inclusion. She encouraged the women leaders to remain united and proactive in championing the interests of women across all wards in the local government.
