RCCG MEMBER EMPOWERS CHURCH MEMBERS WITH CARTONS OF DAY OLD CHICKS AND BAGS OF FEED

In a heartening display of kindheartedness, Reverend Olukeye Gideon who is a poultry farmer and a member of RCCG, Victory Sanctuary, Akure, Ondo State has single handedly empowered some members with cartons of day old chicks and bags of feed.

According to him, he said it was from the blessings of God in his life. He also said that the chicks were being given to those that are into poultry farming in the province adding that he was using the medium to thank God for the opportunity and privilege to sponsor the program.

In his advice to the beneficiaries, he urged them to take good care of them so that they will grow while they make money from it as chickens are quite expensive at the moment. “My appeal to people out there is to learn and practice with this. It will grow, they will sell and make good profit from it because chicken is now very expensive in the market”.

“In that way, they can keep running it and they will grow in this small area to become large poultry farmers”.

He stated that in the nearest future, as the Lord blesses him, he will also give back to people even more.

Also speaking, the APICP CSR, RCCG Region 22 Ondo Province 9, Pastor Olumide Oludunsin commended and lauded the kind gesture, he described it as divine and God’s purpose being fulfilled.
In his words, “this gesture is divine and it is God’s purpose that is being fulfilled, I pray pray for multiple harvests and also for God’s continual blessings on the donor”.

Pastor Olumide further assured that they will monitor the rearing of the chicks to make sure everything goes on well. He therefore urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity.

Expression of gratitude echoed through the venue as beneficiaries showed gratitude and prayed earnestly for the donor.
