Ondo Elders Endorse Tinubu, Laud Tunji-Ojo’s Performance
Elders from Ondo State have declared their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praising his administration while commending the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, for what they described as purposeful leadership and people-focused governance.

The endorsement came during a visit by members of the PBAT Mandate Elders Forum, Ondo State, who said they were encouraged by the direction of the federal government and the visible contributions of Tunji-Ojo to national development and community welfare.
Speaking on behalf of the group, the elders noted that policies under the Renewed Hope Agenda have begun to reflect in areas affecting ordinary Nigerians, particularly the elderly and other vulnerable groups. They described the Interior Minister as a worthy ambassador of Ondo State who has remained committed to public service and national unity.
The forum reaffirmed its loyalty to President Tinubu and pledged continued support for his leadership, urging citizens to remain patient and supportive as reforms take shape.
In his response, Tunji-Ojo expressed gratitude for the visit and the vote of confidence, describing the elders as pillars of guidance and stability. He assured them of his commitment to inclusive governance and sustained engagement with community leaders, while reiterating his support for the President’s vision for a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
