I extend my sincere and heartfelt congratulations to my leader, a worthy mentor and superlative Prince Biyi Bill Poroye on your well-deserved appointment as Chairman, OSOPADEC by Mr Governor, HE Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Sir, you have always demonstrated sterling qualities that will never allow a progressive minded Governor to look away from you in choosing a team that will give a people’s oriented performance in office.
Your appointment is timely, though may look delayed, but I am sure that you will cover grounds so quickly to bring the best development to the oil producing area of our State.
Sir, I know as a fact that your appointment is symbolic. It is a confirmation of your dedication, commitment to the development of your people, and your capacity to turn things around for the better.
