Chronicle Media Staff, Elizabeth Aduramigba Oyeniwa, Honoured with Outstanding Dedicated Service Award
A landmark moment unfolded at the 50/12 Lecture and Award Ceremony of D Chronicle Media Ventures as Mrs. Elizabeth Aduramigba Oyeniwa was honoured with the Outstanding Dedicated Service Award for her unwavering commitment and loyalty to the organization.
Mrs. Oyeniwa, who has been with the media outfit for over 10 years, began her career as a secretary before rising to become a correspondent at the Ondo State House of Assembly. Her remarkable journey and steadfast contribution to the growth of D Chronicle Media earned her the recognition during the organization’s 12th anniversary, which was celebrated alongside the 50th birthday of its CEO.
The colourful event, tagged 50/12, was graced by an array of dignitaries, including Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire (SAN), represented by his Senior Legislative Aide, Mr. Akinloye Bolarinde; and Industry Giant, Mr. Safe Oluwafemi, who flew in from the United States to celebrate with the crew and CEO. Also in attendance were key political leaders such as the Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji; the Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ololade Gbegudu; the Majority Leader, Hon. Olatunji Oshatti; Hon. Oluwatoyin Japhet; Hon. Kolawole Ologede; Hon. Messiah Allen; Hon. Olajide Oguntodu; and Hon. Moyinolorun Ogunwumiji.
Expressing her gratitude, Mrs. Oyeniwa described the award as a great encouragement, noting that it would further inspire her to continue giving her best to the organization.
The event was marked with tributes, lectures, awards, and commendations, further cementing D Chronicle Media Ventures as a force in unbiased and people-oriented journalism.
