Adegbonmire Holds Renewed Hope Mega Empowerment Programme Monday
Communities across Ondo Central Senatorial District are set to benefit from another round of large-scale support as Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire unveils his “Renewed Hope Mega Empowerment Programme” on Monday, December 8, 2025.
The event, scheduled to take place at The Dome, Igbatoro Road, Akure, is expected to draw hundreds of beneficiaries who will receive tools and equipment aimed at boosting their livelihoods and strengthening household incomes.
Items to be distributed include motor vehicles, tricycles, motorcycles, generators, deep freezers, sewing machines, hair dryers and other essential tools intended to support small businesses and improve economic stability for families across the district.
Speaking earlier during a radio programme, Senator Adegbonmire assured constituents that the empowerment initiative would be impactful and sustainable, reflecting his commitment to genuine community development.
Since assuming office, the senator has earned widespread goodwill through consistent interventions across various sectors. In education, he has paid school fees for numerous students, provided laptops and study materials, and facilitated the construction and renovation of classrooms, libraries and laboratories.
In the health sector, Adegbonmire has revived and equipped health centres, expanding access to quality healthcare for rural communities. He has also improved access to electricity by donating transformers, repairing faulty networks and supporting the completion of previously abandoned electrification projects.
At the National Assembly, he has maintained an active presence, sponsoring bills and motions targeted at improving the welfare of Nigerians.
As anticipation builds ahead of Monday’s empowerment programme, residents say they look forward to an event that will bring renewed hope and broaden economic opportunities across the district.
