A Positive Transition: Celebrating Mrs. Dupe Omoloja’s 35-Year Journey in Civil Service

It was an uplifting day of gratitude and recognition as family, friends, colleagues, and dignitaries came together to honor the retirement of Mrs. Omoloja Dupe Aminat, a dedicated civil servant whose impactful career in the Ondo State civil service spans over three decades.

Mrs. Omoloja, born in Zaria, Kaduna State, to Mr. and Mrs. Sanni Garba of Ogbomoso, Oyo State, embodies a narrative of determination and perseverance. She began her academic journey in Ogbomoso, later earning her National Certificate in Education (Accounting) from Sokoto State Polytechnic in 1989. A commitment to lifelong learning led her to the University of Ado Ekiti, where she obtained her B.Sc. in Accounting, followed by her designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Nigerian College of Accountancy in Jos in 2005. Her pursuit of excellence culminated in a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2010.

During her retirement event, aptly titled “Omoloja Pens Down,” Mrs. Omoloja reflected on her journey:
