The 2025 birthday celebration of Honourable Onidare Sunday Bukunmi (OSB), Chairman of Ondo Northwest Local Council Development Area (LCDA), will remain etched in the memory of residents of Ondo Kingdom for years to come. It was not merely a day of merriment but a carefully curated series of events that reflected the celebrant’s heart for the people, his passion for community development, and his enduring commitment to public service.

The week-long build-up to the grand day commenced with a two-day free medical outreach that brought hope and healing to hundreds. Held at the Enu-Owa Hall, Ondo Northwest LCDA Secretariat, the outreach provided over 300 residents with vital health screenings, medical consultations, and essential medications, all at no cost. Beneficiaries, many of them elderly and from underserved communities, praised the initiative for its timeliness and the professionalism of the medical team. In his heartfelt speech, Hon. OSB thanked God for the gift of life and the privilege to serve his people. He explained that his tradition of celebrating birthdays with acts of service was a promise he made to God, to always prioritize the welfare and health of those around him. He also shared updates on Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa’s initiatives and urged all present to continue to pray for and support the Governor.
