The family of the Osanyindina of Abanla has brought to the notice of Oyo State Government and general public, the position of the ruling House as against the agitation of PA Totoola Oladipo of becoming the new Alaba of Abanla saying he is not the eldest son of the family and can’t be installed as king.
Alaba is a town in Oluyole Local Government Ibadan Oyo State.
It could be recalled that, PA Totoola Oladipo is aspiring to become Alaba of Abanla but the entire family is against it, considering the fact that, he’s not the eldest in the family.
The family noted that, Totoola can’t change the traditional history of the family of over 60 years which allow the eldest son to be installed as Alaba of Abanla.
The family also accused Tootola Oladipo of financial misappropriation, illegal sale of family land, forging of family receipts among others, of which he refused to comply with High Court Judgment.
He is accused of forging family receipts with documentary evidences for illegal sales of family land and diverted the money to his private accounts, against the agreement of court judgment on Osanyindina family Platform”.

“We, the honorable members of the family of Osanyindina of Abanla is bringing this to the notice of the general public and the relevant Oyo State Government that PA Totoola Oladipo of Osanyindina cannot be made Alaba of Abanla on the fact that he is not the eldest son of the family and we don’t want someone of shady character as Alaba of Abanla. Traditionally, for more than 60 years, the eldest son should be Alaba of Abanla”.
