Ondo Info Commissioner Ajanaku Pledges Grassroots-Focused Communication, Media Partnership
The new Ondo State Commissioner for Information, Idowu Ajanaku, has pledged to bridge the communication gap between the government and the people, with special attention to grassroots engagement.
Speaking in an exclusive interview, Ajanaku said his priority is to ensure that citizens are properly informed about government activities and programs. He revealed that trained information officers will soon be deployed across all local government areas to improve community-level communication and public enlightenment.
He further announced plans to host regular interactive sessions where government policies and initiatives will be explained in clear terms to address public concerns and build trust.
On media relations, Ajanaku assured that the Aiyedatiwa-led administration will strengthen its partnership with media houses, using them as effective channels for feedback and transparency. He emphasized that the government will not rely on propaganda but will uphold truth and clarity in all communications.
Ajanaku concluded by expressing his appreciation to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for entrusting him with the role.
