Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam Taofeek Congratulates His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on His Inauguration as Executive Governor of Ondo State.
Akure, Ondo State – Today marks a historic occasion in the governance of Ondo State as His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa is inaugurated as the Executive Governor. In celebration of this landmark event, former Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam Taofeek Olawale, extends his heartfelt congratulations to the Governor, wishing him a prosperous and impactful tenure in office.
In a statement released today, Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam expressed his delight at the election of Governor Aiyedatiwa, emphasizing the immense potential that rests on his shoulders as he takes on this vital role in steering the affairs of the state. “Your Excellency, your inauguration today is not only a personal achievement, but a significant step towards fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the people of Ondo State,” Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam remarked.

Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam, highlighted the essential qualities a leader must possess to navigate the complexities of governance. “As you assume your duties, I encourage you to embrace the values of transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in your administration. The people of Ondo State are counting on you to create an environment conducive to growth, prosperity, and development. Your leadership will be pivotal in transforming challenges into opportunities.”
In his message, Rt. Hon. Abdulsalam also emphasized the importance of collaborative governance, recognizing that no leader can succeed in isolation. He urged Governor Aiyedatiwa to prioritize unity among various sectors of the state, be it in governance, community initiatives, or economic partnerships. “The power of collaboration cannot be overstated. Additionally, Rt. Hon.
