Ondo PRP Candidate Bags Good Governance Advocacy Award

Comrade Babatunde Francis Alli, the Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) for the 2024 Ondo State election, has been honored with the Good Governance Advocate Award and inducted into the Sunshine State Achievers’ Hall of Fame 2024.
The prestigious recognition was part of an event organized by The Path News Magazine, designed to celebrate outstanding individuals who have distinguished themselves across various fields in Ondo State. Comrade Alli, known for his passionate advocacy for good governance and social emancipation, received the honor in recognition of his significant contributions to the political and social landscape.
Alli, a highly respected figure in Ondo’s political sphere, has made notable strides both in governance and business. As a board member of multiple enterprises, his ventures span the food and agro-allied industries, printing and advertisement, auto and transportation sectors, as well as monitoring and evaluation consultancy. His commitment to youth development and project sustainability has been evidenced by his involvement in various non-profit initiatives aimed at empowering young people and promoting sustainable growth.
A staunch believer in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, Alli’s leadership is underpinned by the mantra, “If it’s not predictable, it’s not safe.” His systemic approach to governance and development has earned him admiration from many, including those in political circles and business communities.
Comrade Alli’s political journey has seen him serve at multiple levels, from ward to national political administration. He was a member of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the PRP, under the leadership of Mallam Abubakadir Balarabe Musa, and has held various leadership roles within the party. His election as the National Secretary of the Peoples Redemption Party in 2022 further solidified his influence in the national political arena.
As the founder and national president of MAJEMIMAYE GROUP, a socio-political movement dedicated to equity and political emancipation, Alli remains a staunch advocate of good governance.
