ODHA MOURNS THE EXIT OF A GREAT LEADER.(ARAKUNRI OLUWAROTIMI AKEREDOLU).
The Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon.Olamide Oladiji has expressed shock over the death of the former Governor of the State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN CON which occurred on the 27th December,2023.
Speaking on behalf of other lawmakers, the Speaker commiserated with the entire people of Ondo State and his family for the irreparable loss.
This was contained in an official statement released by the Chairman, House Committee on Information, Hon.(Chief) Olatunji Oshati.
While describing the late Governor as a selfless, bold and courageous man who was never afraid to stand for the truth, Oladiji said that the State would always remember him for his various landmark achievements which cut across all facets of governance.
“The Governor will be remembered for his doggedness and selfless service to humanity. His love for Ondo State is incomparable and this will not be forgotten in a haste,”he said.
Oladiji, who prayed to God to grant the former Governor eternal rest, said he would be missed by all.
